I’ve been seeing a lot of carpal tunnel flare ups on Tumblr lately so I thought I’d share these wrist exercises Comic Tool posted a couple years ago. If you haven’t messed up your wrists beyond repair, they’re really good preventative stretches. They’re good if you’ve done some damage too, just not as, uh, permanent? You can’t prevent a problem if it’s already happened, basically, but they still help.
